JDEE1 - opening balances

Hi

In JDEdwards Enterpriseone 9.1 edition software how can I enter the opening balances since this is new company and new implementation, from which application I can enter the opening balances in to the system and closing after closing the financial year in JDEE1 where can I see the closing balances and the new years opening balances.
