Where to define Eligibility Display Options for Catalogs

Eligibility Display Options for Catalogs

We want to hide a product from a catalog based on Elgibility and we see below issues

1. Get Prod Eligibility is not trigger for that product ( triggerign for some other products which are displayed in Catalog)

2. Where to define Eligibility Display Options for Catalogs in which screen?

Also for not to impact performance is it possible to trigger elegibility only for a signle product?
