When Try To Open A Resubmitting Timecard Approval Request Notification, Getting Error "oracle.apps.f

Hello Gurus,

I encountered the following problems：

On 12.1.3, When Resubmitting a Projects Timecards, Getting "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance" When Attempting to Open the Notification Form the WorkLIst.

Note：This happens only When Resubmitting a Projects Timecards.

Any suggestions
