Report Server: failed to start a managed process after the maximum retry limit

Hello All,

We have a report server which is currently down. All attempt to start the reportserver failed as below.

We are running on OAS version 10.1.2.0.2

MyComputer:/oracle/product/oas10g/reports/logs/rep_localhost_oracleas1>opmnctl status
