Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle Learning Network Pic not displaying in Ebtax page

In R12.2.X,

There are Oracle Learning Network pic and Oracle Partner Network pic

in E-Business Tax Home, Advanced Setup Options and Requests page header.

But the Oracle Learning Network pic is not displaying.

In R12.1.X, they're links.

Please see the attached screenshot.

Please advise how to display Oracle Learning Network pic?
