Failed to load class com.retek.platform.exception.RetekNetworkException in SIM opening StoreOrders

Hello,

I get the "Failed to load class com.retek.platform.exception.RetekNetworkException" trying to open the Store Orders tab in the SIM (SIM 13.2.4). I've tried to follow the solution provided with Doc ID 1528741.1, but it hasn't helped. Does anybody have any clues what might be broken or not set properly?

The whole log is:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Failed to load class com.retek.platform.exception.RetekNetworkException
