Oracle Enterprise manager db control - prompt for password when clicking on problem resources

Hi, wondering what could be the rootcause when the login id click on \CLuster\resource summary\problem resources, it would prompt for a password ..

FYI, i was given 2 IDs which are SYS and SYSTEM...

pls advise....
