payable period close -Exception

Hi All,

When I try to close payable accounting period , system showing one record with Other Exception. In Other Exception, it has been mentioned to Raise an SR.  Did any one experienced the same issue. Since we want to close our payable period for MAR-15 immediately. need your help.

Any suggestion?
