I am struggling to get BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE PUBLISHER VERSION 11.1.1.7.0 running

Hello

I  deployed  Business intelligence publisher 11.1.1.7.0 (Bi_PUBLISHER  stand alone  not  enterprise  edition),BI  was  deployed in two  Windows  servers  2008 R2,

I  ran setup.exe enterprise install for new installation in the first Windows server, then on the second server ran setup.exe enterprise install scale out, the  first  Windows  server is  running

the  WEBLOGIG  administrator  instance  and  a Managed  server  hosting  BI, there is  a second managed  server for  hosting BI  running on the  second  Windows server ,  both  managed  server  are  grouped in a cluster,  the node  manager  process  is running on  each  Windows  server as  a  Windows  service;I want  to clarify  that  I am able to start  and  stop  both  managed  server  through  either  the WLST    and  WEBLOGIC  console, the  administration console  is  not  showing heath data   in the  server  table for   the  managed  server  running on the  second  Windows  server( the one not  running the console),   when  I  access
