Error while copying UPGCUST project from COP to New release demo

While copying UPGCUST project from COP to new release demo getting following error message

Portal Registry Structures Application Upgrade Copy started:  2015-04-06-02.33.04

System Error : Portal Registry StructuresCUSTOMERCALGORITHM_CHAIN (62,16)

Portal Registry Structures Application Upgrade Copy ended:  2015-04-06-02.39.38 (62,21)

Error - failure during Copy Database process.

Has anyone seen this error in the past, any pointers would be very helpful at this point.
