EXP Routing History Log (F09E120) Not Updated

Hi,

I have a very strange issue, For two EXP reports the Line Manager review User ID and date are captured in expense report header table (F02111) but routing history log does not have an entry. LM says he approved it and it is not displayed again for approval.

How can we make it re-appear for him without creating a new request.
