ISSUE in package update

Hi,  I have an issue in DV update package, the update pkackage work in PY but don't in DV:

it seem likethe new custom bsfn keep linked to old parentDLL, meanwhile it'snot true because developer design this new bsfn bsfn linked to another new parentDLL

build and deploy an update package in:

DV:

(with error)

pdf deploy:
14 Error in file I/O

on folder /apps/JDE900/jdedwards/e900/packages/DVUCS/bin32 isn't located file libCSHLDLL.so
