Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there any delivered or some sought of documentation which explains the relationship between resource id and resource id from in proj resource?

any may be what triggers a transaction to trigger pricing, vs which will not.
