CRM 9.1 HelpDesk Supervisor Desktop not working
Hello,
One view in our Supervisor Desktop for HR HelpDesk is not working and we cannot figure out why.
It has been working for years and now all of a sudden the Agent Statistics will not pull any live results within the SUpervisor Desktip. THe queue stats work just fine.
We did not change anything in configuration. Does anyone have any troubleshooting ideas? We recycled the MCF servers but that didnt seem to help.
Any advice would be greatly appreciate. Thank you!
