Join Spec Workflow Policy Component

We've created a Workflow policy component to the S_OPTY_CON table, we need it to return an unique record, for which we've configured a join spec [MSF Contact Oppty].CON_TYPE_CD = "Solicitante", We've tried  "Solicitante" as well as  'Solicitante' neither of them work. We are using this for the activity assignment object. What is the correct syntax for this join spec?
