VAT compliance Issue

The new policy with VAT rate 6% is only applicable for new lease contracts. Old contract with VAT rate 17% is applicable for old contracts until end.
How to realize this?


Oracle lease and Finance Management is only passing Tax classification in their product.


Need Information

1)How to set up the VAT tax rules in EBTax?

2)Need to calculate VAT based on Lease Contracts dates i.e old contracts it should be 17% and new contracts it should be 6% how to achieve this.
