Why inserted record in iby_creditcards table does not show in Credit Cards Window

Hi,

I used one of the available APIs to add an employee's credit card profile record into the iby_creditcards table. The API successfully inserted the record but when I go to the Credit Cards Window, that newly inserted record does not show up. What could I be missing?  Is there another table I need to add this record table?

I'm looking for an API or APIs that will help me mass load our employees credit card information which we want to be able to query or see from the Credit Cards Window in Oracle R12.

Please advise. Thanks.
