Delegation of 'Respond to Supplier change' to other buyers when original buyer is on vacation

Oracle SR 3-10491403121 confirms that delegation of access to respond to changes is only possible through notification.

However approval through notification has limitations because there is scenario where multiple changes are requested by supplier and Buyer want to approve only few of them. Notification offers only to approve all & reject all. In normal circumstances this can be done through Buyer Work Center (BWC).

          If a Buyer is on leave, other buyers are not permitted to respond to changes of that PO. This is a potential drawback in functionality. I would like to request feature enhancement to delegate permission to other buyers to respond to changes.
