Compatibility Check With EligibilityCompatibility and QuotingWebService

Hello!

We have issue with using web-service to Quote line item products compatibility validation to existing account Orders. I would like to check compatibility behavior between a product to be added in quote against an incompatible product that already exists with an account order.

 

Case:

Two products PA and PB in the product catalog.

Compatibility Rules: PA excludes PB and PB excludes PA

 

Account "Test" have Order with product PA.

In Communication Wireless OM I'm creating new Quote with product PB, and after pressing Verify button, get Eligibility Status:N and Eligibility Comments: PB excludes PA (via rule PB excludes PA).
