siebel client 8.1.1.14 opening with Blank page

we installed siebel 8.1.1.14 tools and client on my local pc along with sample database. I am trying to open siebel8.1.1.2

customized srf with siebel client using siebel 8.1.1.14 version client. Client is opening with blank page.But siebel Tools is working fine with same local database and srf.

Please let us know suggestions why client is not opening
