Planning Message Upload/Processing

Hi all

I trust that you are well...

R34A410/R34A490 are used to upload planning messages, generated from one or more external to JDE planning systems, while R3411 is used to process these messages.  I have an issue with duplicated WO's for the same item, branch/plant, quantity and requested date and all that I have noticed thus far is that the user ran the message upload and then process twice, within ten minutes.  I wouldn't think that this would be the cause as JDE has various ways of marking, identifying and handling transactions that have already been processed.  What else can I look at to find teh cause of
