Expenses Payment Notification Process for Employee Payments

Hi,

I ran this the process (EX_EXMPNOTIFY) Payment Notification process and it ran to success. I got bunch of mails saying that "deposit was made and the check was issued" as expected. But after every couple of hours or later I was still getting mails with the same notification messages. And this was happening till evening. I would like to know how this process supposed to work ?
