French Statutory Accounts Localization

Hi,

We are currently working on setting up a ledger for our french entity and the localization data-sheet indicated the availability of  a statutory chart of accounts for France.  We have enabled all product localisations but are unable to locate the statutory account setup. Has anyone handled this before and would you know how to locate it?
