R49500 does not confirm shipments tied to a load so is there another batch confirmation process that

I'm building loads with multiple shipments (50+) and would like to batch confirm using the R49500.  However, per SAR 8959125, it no longer works for shipments on a load.  Is there a way around this or another process that can be used for batch confirmation of all shipments on a load without having to pass in the Order Number (R42500)?
