How to handle Open Tasks when Opportunities are Killed
Question: When the Sales Stage of an Opportunity is changed to "Killed" or "Closed/Lost", can the associated Tasks get updated so they are not showing behind on your "Open Related Tasks".
What is happening with Sales Reps is that on their Homepage under the "My Open Related Tasks", the Tasks are showing in Red as they are Past the Due Date. This is because the Opportunity has been closed and the Tasks are no longer managed. Is there a way to fix this as it's becoming an annoyance.
