Simple Question Regarding Quick Hire - P060116Q

Working in JDE 9.0.

When adding employees which do not exist in the F0101, quick hire (P060116Q) works beautifully, but due to the nature of the implementation we are doing, about 50-70% of the employees have existing address records, which appear to make it impossible to use the P060116Q to load the their data.  ??

The reason I'm calling it impossible is that when the record already exists in the F0101, the quick hire grid seems to validate against F0101 and pull data back (which may have been already changed in whatever spreadsheet/template is being used for quick hire).  Some examples are; Alpha & mailing name, not to mention the F0116 fields like address.
