We are testing our Lockbox process and this is the issue.

We are having this issue in R12.1.3 - Receipts are created with unapplied status, though eligible transactions are passed in data file (Doc ID 1534527.1) - The patch identified seems to only be for 11.5.10.2 - Has anyone encounterd this in R12.1.3 and do you know if there is a patch for it or how to resolve?
