Service contract query

Hi Experts,

Can we ignore _TL , _TLH and _BH tables  while migrating data from oracle apps 11i to  r12 (for the historical contract, but the contracts are still in ACTIVE stat).

For Eg.

OKC_K_LINES_TLH

OKC_K_LINES_TL

OKC_K_PARTY_ROLES_TLH

OKC_K_PARTY_ROLES_BH

OKC_K_PARTY_ROLES_TL

If we not migrate data in such tables, what could be the possible impact?

Please provide your recommendations or suggestions.
