How to re-define a validate message before import with WebADI?

When I click the upload button in the excel which generated from the WEBADI, I got the message "Enter a valid TOC_ITM_NO" in the end of the sheet rows.

But now, I want to change the message to "This Item is not recognized TOC item." , How can I achieve it?
