Setup of recoverable and non-recoverable tax

Hi,

We have two requirements for our client in Zimbabwe. One is setup of Non-Recoverable E-Business Tax and the second one is setup of Recoverable E-Business Tax. So we have done the setup for both of these. Now what is happening is every time I am making a purchase order, both recoverable and Non-recoverable taxes are generating. How do we setup so we can be given the option of selecting between recoverable and Non-recoverable E-Business Tax while doing transactions?
