Unpaid leave not reducing regular salary in US payroll

Hi,


Requirement is to reduce regular salary for exempt employee when attaching sick leave element. In this case salary is getting reduced but sick pay payment is done by SICK_PAY element (Seeded). Requirement is not to pay for sick leave.
