Promotion 'XXX' has active associated assets which need to be updated error

Hi,

We have 8.1.1.8 Order Management implementation.

Whenever we raise Upgrade Promotion order and click Verify Order, we are getting following error at Integrity Check step in ISS Promotion Verify SubProcess workflow:

Promotion 'XXX' has active associated assets which need to be updated

It is not clear from object manager log as to why this message is being thrown.

Is there any known issue around this or any pointers to investigate will be really helpful?
