Hiring Lecturers

Hey guys,

We hired lecturers for our college how to treat them in P2P.

I mean which is the suitable way to deal them (requisition to Payment). Should we treat them as a Contingent workers or normal P2P of services is enough for them.

Secondly if their is any available document than please share.
