FRM-47026: Cannot get parameter <parameter name> attributes from Parameter List <parameter list name

Hi All,

we get the following error on Forms-Module, if Forms try to connect Reports-Server:

FRM-47026: Cannot get parameter <parameter name> attributes from Parameter List <parameter list name> -- no such named parameter exists

My questions:

1- How can we isolate position of error? (There are a lot of Forms-Modul, and it is not clear which module create this error-message)

2- Is there any Documentation available regarding this issue?
