HFM 11.1.2.1.204 to check the indexes using the index scanning utility

We have HFM 11.1.2.1.104 and want to check the indexes  using the index scanning utility contained in patch p18921957_11123000_MSWIN-x86-64.zip but cannot understand the output has any one used it?

What does incorrect index mean?
