Demand Consolidation- MRP

Hi,

We are dealing with one tricky scenario. We are using weekly planning for an Item A; which has two different source of Demand; 1. Independent- by Fcst, 2.Dependent-Interplant Demand (Other Plants).

Our Interplant demand is generated by using Branch relationship & processing DRP generation. (Note: We do not process OT messages; Just use a demand signal WO messages in supply plants).

Independent demand directly uploaded in Forecast file.

We're using Planning Code-1, Plg. fence rule- Customer Demand Plus Forecast.

This set up give us a consolidated demand in Supply plant (Fcst+ID). So we use this for MPS & MRP generation to calculate component requirement and WO generation. Everything works well upto this stage.
