Maximum add devices in diskset/metaset

Hi Experts,

I have new 85 luns presented from storage to hosts clusters.

if i add those luns into one diskset, is there any limit when add devices  ?

or

what is the maximum number of devicesDID when add device  ?  .. if yes,Is there any setting to increase the maximum number of DID for  diskset ?

oracle-dg      node1   node2  online

#metaset -s oracle-dg -a /dev/did/rdsk/dXX
