Quuestion about F3111Z1 and F4801Z1 UKID fields

Hi

I want to make a small custom development and I was looking to use these tables as they have all the fields that I need for my development

but In my development I will need to add records to these tables, and I realized that they used the UKID field as unique key

I looked at F00022 and didn't found these tables , so my question is

how are the UKID for these tables generated and where are maintained the last UKID used?

Any help appreciated
