How to query only customers with accounts in Contact Center

Hi Team... we have the need to filter only customers with valid account numbers when querying in Contact Center. By default every single party can be displayed in CC but this takes a lot of patience from our agents when searching for a customer (we are retail so most of our customers are persons)...

Do we need to do a forms personalization in order to prevent results with no account numbers?

Or is it a simpler solution out there?

We've explored system profiles but have not found a viable something.

Any ideas are welcome
