Still have Poodle (CVE-2014-3566) vulnerability on Solaris 10 with 11.0.2.0.3 .. thought Jan2015CPU

I've applied the Jan2015CPU (p19854461_112030_SOLARIS64) hoping that it would resolve this vulnerability. Is there another patch that I need to run? Also I am not able to turn off SSL 3.0 from the java control panel because (being new here and prior dba is incapacitated) I can't get the java control panel up on the server (sure would be nice if I could get the panel up).

Is there a CLI (command-line interface) that I could use to turn off SSL 3.0 ..?
