Shipping Manifest Printing All Shipments on a Load

I'm attempting to get the Shipping Manifest (R49135) to print all shipments that are on a load.  The documents are set up to be load level.  I've confirmed that both shipments are on the same load.  When printing the manifest (R49135) however, only the first shipment shows up in line details.  I've tried the consolidate by ship to address processing option both on and off, but see no difference in the output on the manifest.  I'm not a transportation consultant, so am still working on understanding the entire process.  Can the shipping manifest UBE print all shipments in a load,
