CWB: Administrator and Approver from other Business Group

Hi,

    Is it possible in CWB where in for specific plans, worksheet/plan administrator and approver will be from other business groups?  If yes, what is the set-up required?

Is it to use a rule or AME in the hierarchy? Only administrator will allocate the awards in the employee and and not their manager.
