e910_TR8.98.3.4 Reusing old package name for build and deploy

Hi, I was wondering by reusing old package name for build and deploy would replace or overwrite those update / ESU./enhancement done in the past ? Eg,

the PD910FN01 (update package containing some ESUs) in 2014,  re-use PD910FN01 in 2015..., would it contain those ESU in the past ?

pls advise...
