Cannot receive from Depot Repair with 'Auto receive API', GL date not in an open period whereas it i

Hello,

I have an issue regarding the auto receive API in Depot Repair.

When trying to receive my return line in repair order, I have the error message :

Error occured in receiving processor (The GL date is not in an open period.

Cause: The GL date that you entered does no fall within an open period

Action: Choose a different GL date or open the period for this date.)

I don't understand how is that possible since there is no GL date on those forms. Moreover, the GL date for accounting cycle, AR, AP, GL, PO periods are all opened.
