MSCSEQUP.sql is taking long time in R12.2 upgrade

Hello,

We are running R12.2 upgrade driver and at about 4000 jobs we have encountered a long running job MSCSEQUP.sql. This job has been running from last 6 hours. Tried to search in metalink about the issues, seems this was not reported before. Can anyone guide us why the job's taking so much time?

The script shows its working on many tables. Is there a way that we can optimize the process?
