ORACLE AR AGING REPORT DOESN'T MATCH WITH THE ORACLE AR RECONCILIATION REPORT

Oracle AR aging report balance and oracle AR reconciliation report doesn't balance. Oracle AR reconciliation report shows begining balance different than what we had it on Aging report of the previous month.  question is when the begining balance gets impacted? or how can it be changed? what are the other ways to reconcilie AR for the monthly activities.

for example, our Feburary Aging and March Reconciliation Report shows different begining balance. there is about 14k difference beteween these two reports.
