Gettign DBMS_SQL SECURITY ERROR: ORA-29471

Hi,

Im getting DBMS_SQL SECURITY ERROR: ORA-29471! in one of our databases.

The trace file dont say much:

DBMS_SQL SECURITY ERROR: ORA-29471!
