Auto populating Account for a specific Contact
Hi,
I've noticed that when I create a Service Request directly from Contact by clicking new in SR Related Information section both Contact and Account details are populated which is great.
Now when I create a new Service Request from SR screen I have to fill in the Picklist values for both Account and Contact manually. Once I've selected the Contact, Account is not populated. Is there a way to auto-populate Primary Account for this Contact on Service Request?
I would like to get the same result as described in the first scenario and I am not sure how to best solve this. I thought about JavaScript or Workflow, also it would make sense to create a list of Primary Accounts for Contact that will appear when clicked the lupe but not sure how to set this up. Any help will be appreciated.
