How to update BOM operational scrap field if it is not updated automatically from Routing?

How to update BOM operational scrap field if it is not updated automatically from Routing?

New components were added to BOM but for them operation scrap percent was not updated by routing.The Processing Option for Routing is setup to '1' in Process Tab which seems to be correct.

Is there any othere way to update it?
