OTM as a rating engine for EBS planned trips (shipments)

Hello Community!!

How can I setup EBS to use OTM only for rating EBS planned trips (shipments), like in attached image?

This image was found in "Implementing Oracle Transportation Manager (OTM) with the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) utilizing Oracle BPEL An Oracle White Paper June 2007"

EBS: 12.1.3

OTM: 6.3.2
